For the last 2 weeks, I’ve been running on empty. It happened to coincide with the launch of the Freedom Framework, something which I am so proud of, and have put my heart and soul into, because I use it myself and love it! But it does take a lot out of me.
So, I’ve been feeling stressed and like I didn’t have the peace and ease that I usually feel.
Cue forehead slap. I needed to relax.
Cue instant thought: “I don’t have any time…”
The belief that because we are so busy there’s just no time out is a hard one to push to the side, but really, if we take time out, we’ll be more productive, focused and less stressed!
