Walking on the beach, sitting outside with a cup of tea, meditating, going out with friends – these are the things we love to do and recharge our cups, but they’re squeezed out of the schedule the most.
It’s these that give us energy, inspiration, clarity.
Working too hard is counterproductive and unsustainable.
It only leaves you feeling more exhausted, and it takes longer to recover each time.
