How to Communicate with your VA | Business Coaching Adelaide | Aerlie Wildy

Do you get lost going backwards and forwards in your Inbox? Keeping track of emails and projects when you outsource can be tricky and time-consuming when it’s done via email. In this video, I’ll show you how to communicate with your VA, so that you can stay on top of all of your tasks and projects, all in one place, keep your files and know when your deadlines are.

Even if you’re thinking about hiring a VA, and aren’t sure how you keep in touch with them, this video will help.

If you haven’t used Asana before, you can check out my Asana Guide.

If you have used Asana, then you might be familiar with this. Asana is the perfect collaboration tool for communicating with your VA.
It allows you to keep projects, tasks, conversations, files, processes and time lines all in one place – as well as in your own calendar. This really simplifies the outsourcing process, and makes life much easier.

If you haven’t used Asana, and have been worried about the tech you need to communicate with a VA – you can still use email. It’s perfectly fine. I love the fact that Asana allows you to keep it all in one place, and dates, so that you can keep an eye on their progress and your own deadlines – absolutely essential if you’re outsourcing some of your Social Media for a launch campaign!
