Making a to do list is one of the simplest things you can to do ease the overwhelm, but I want to show you a few tips that can take it further and really help you get things done – especially during one of the busiest times of the year, when burn out seems to be just around the corner, and we only just make it to Christmas in one piece!
I use this 5 step process every time I have lots to do, and it works. It’s a simple process that takes your to do list, and makes it clear, with simple step by step procedures to follow that take the weight of having everything to do, and just allowing you to focus on one thing at a time.
In this short video, I show you exactly what I did to plan for my webinar 2 weeks ago. I just wrote it all down quickly in a notepad – it doesn’t have to be in an app, or any where special – it’s just about making it work for you, and making it realistic and doable.
