Today’s video is Part 1 on a series about how to use Dubsado as your client relationship manager (CRM).

I have been using Dubsado for over a year now, and have also set up and coaching other businesses on how to set up Dubsado, workflows, templates etc – and I love it!
Dubsado is an online CRM. It’s a paid program and is now $300US/year. You are welcome to use my 20% discount code: massage.

I receive discount next time I renew. Unfortunately with the US Dollar being stronger at the moment, this might put it out of the market. You can use Asana and some clear processes as an alternative – no problem. I don’t think it hurts for you to see what’s possible though!

Yep – this is possible when you systemise and scale!

Part 1 in the Dubsado Series is about how to set up and get started with Dubsado.
I demonstrate using a sample set up (not my actual CRM), and show you around, get familiar with what it does and how you can start to save time and manage your 1:1 clients more effectively and efficiently – without relying on you for every step.

Why I use Dubsado

Dubsado has really saved me loads of time AND improved my customer service and systems.
Since using it, I no longer forget which session we are up to in a package! There’s so much more to it than that. Here’s a short list of why I use it:
#1 It reduces the need for 5 other tools, by including contract management and signing, client emails, invoicing and receiving money, forms and setting up workflows – all in one program. An online scheduler is next on their list to set up and I can’t wait for that!

#2 It streamlines my Free Systems Audit process so that it’s all automated for me (more on this in Part 2!)

#3 It helps reduce the mental load of managing my clients – and that is a game changer for me!

#4 I don’t have to worry about losing important client or lead emails in my Inbox amongst all of the other emails – they are kept in Dubsado

A look around Dubsado and how to set it up

Watch the video today for a tour of Dubsado, and some of its features.

What do you need to get started with Dubsado?

OK – if your interest is peaked and you want some of this amazingness then you can book a free Systems Audit with me and we can work out what you need (using my sexy Dubsado workflow), or you can check out my packages
and book a session with me to help you set up your Dubsado.
If you want to set up your own, awesome! Go for it!.
Here’s what you’ll need before you start:

#1 Forms such as intake questionnaire and feedback form. You will need to set these up in the Forms section.

#2 Email templates for the most common emails that you send to your clients (ie. Welcome, Here’s your invoice, Thankyou)
#3 A clearly mapped out Onboarding process so that you can set up your first workflow

#4 A lead capture opt-in for your services that you can share

#5 Your invoicing details and set up your Stripe/ Paypal account
#6 Set up your emails so that you can send and receive in there

I’m keen to know if you’re interested!

Your Next Steps

Decide which one you need to revisit so that you can focus on transitioning to your new system successfully.  Document it and then review it again.

If you want some support to help fast track this process, or help you transition to a new system that you actually use, then can book a  free systems audit with me so we can determine where to start, and what you need to get up and running with systems.
