If you haven’t heard, there’s a new thing in town – Evernote Templates! This is one of the biggest upgrades that Evernote has made in a long time – and it is one of the big things that was missing in Evernote.
Evernote templates will make running your business easier because you can set up your own templates, or choose from theirs, using them each time you want to start something new – and don’t want to take the time to set it up AGAIN.
I used to copy and paste from one note to another, just so that I could use a similar layout, or go through the same planning process, and it was definitely clunky, so I’m thrilled they’ve introduced templates (finally).
I am a Certified Evernote Consultant and LOVE Evernote for how much information can go in one place, so that I can find it quickly and easily.
I’ve posted many times about Evernote – like how it makes life easier, how to use the webclipper, and how its like a beautifully organised walk-in wardrobe for my business brain!
Evernote Tutorial: How to set up an Evernote Template
Today’s video demonstrates the Evernote templates, how you can use theirs, or set up your own, and at the end I suggest some ways you can use templates in your business.

She has a successful business that has grown quickly. She knows the theory behind getting organised and systemising, but doesn’t have the time to finish setting up a system so she has lots of half finished systems. However, she also knows that working out how to transition to a new system takes change, and she desperately doesn’t want to continue working in this way.
She currently spends her days jumping from task to task and being quite unproductive because she feels overwhelmed with everything – and can’t see what she needs to do because there is always so much to do.
