It happens to all of us. There are SO MANY distractions in life, it can be oh, so hard to stay focussed on the most important tasks.
I have to be vigilant in the morning (actually in the afternoon too!) to make sure that I’m making the most of my time.
The latest trend that is taking over time management, is attention management. This is all about managing your focus, being mindful of what you are doing, and what’s getting in the way of your focus.
It can take up to 26 minutes to regain your focus after a distraction.
