Welcome to Day 2 Setting the Scene

 

Are you a morning person?
I think mornings are a very underrated time of the day – and I happen to love nights too!

Today’s challenge is to find 3 -5 things that you can do in the morning that will set you up for the day.
#1 something that gets you moving – because it’s easier to focus for longer and energises your brain and body

#2 something that supports your mindset, so that you can start your day with the belief that you’ve got this

#3 something that you love Coffee is mine, but I could easily add music, green smoothie, or stretching

#4 something to help you have clarity and focus for the day – a plan
