
Welcome to Day 6: A Grounding Exercise

Today’s task has a similar result to meditation!
We using mindfulness – with your senses, to cut through the chaos and reset.
Take some time out to be mindful with your taste, feel something beautiful, listen to some uplifting music, smell some beautiful flowers – but just take a few minutes out to stop and notice it. Be present with it – soak up all of it’s goodness and enjoy it.
