
Welcome to Day 7: The Sleep Strategy!

When you’re feeling exhausted but still with so much to do, it can sometimes be easier to push through and just get it all done – but I guarantee it will take longer, and won’t be your best work.
Taking time out to sleep, and starting fresh is a much better strategy – your brain has had a chance to recharge, you have more energy and often more clarity.
Watch the video and set up an alarm to encourage you to get to bed 30 minutes earlier tonight – you will reap the rewards tomorrow!

You could even put some nice music on and read a book for 10 minutes!
