We all know how important it is to learn from your mistakes, but it’s also really important to know exactly what was successful, what worked, where your strengths were, and what you loved, so that you can build on them.

In my latest video, I’m sharing why it’s important to reflect on your success, and what my successes were in 2014.

As I move into 2015 feeling stronger, and like I’ve grown a few inches, I see so many posts about working out what didn’t work in 2014, so that you can adjust.  I totally believe that knowledge and self awareness are half the battle, and taking time to understand what’s not working is rally important, so that you can take steps to adjust.

But it’s also great to know what you did well – especially for us online business mums who are quite often working alone and not getting much feedback!

So today I’m reflecting on what I did well, and taking the positivity with me through to 2015.  There’s so much to celebrate!

Now that I know all of this, it’s time to start some serious planning, so that I can put all of this good knowledge and positive energy to good use.

What is the best success you’ve had in 2014?  Can you pick just one, and work out how to maximise it next year?

I’d love to know what it was and what your plan is to utilise it next year, so let me know in the comments.

I’m hosting a free mini-course on Powerful Planning in January, so if you want some cool visioning and powerful planning to get the right start in 2015, you can sign up here and I’ll let you know when it’s starting.  x
