In this short video, I’m sharing two common scenarios that I often see with women in business – working so hard to build their business, but it’s also feeling like a lot of hard work, long hours, and often little reward.
The element of this that really struck me was that many actually accepted that this is the way it has to be. Many women in business just assumed that burnout, exhaustion, frustration, stress is all normal, and that there’s nothing you can do about it.
This actually makes my blood boil. It doesn’t have to be like this! There are strategies you can put in place that don’t leave you spread so thin, that allow you have enjoy life, and that aren’t always so stressful. It takes a conscious decision to look at the WAY tha you work, and analysing your weekly schedule is one way to address stressors in your time management.
