How to Decide What to Outsource to A VA
I did this FB Live post last week to help you work out what to outsource, and which ones would be better done by you.
It can be really confusing because there are definitely tasks in your business that you DON’T want to outsource, but there are also some that despite not wanting to do them, you probably need to keep them in house.
It’s really important to know what to outsource to a VA if you are an entrepreneur that really needs to leverage your time (like you have a part time job too) or if you’ve already had a VA, and it didn’t work out for you.
There are some simple ideas you can use here to help you make these decisions.
Watch the short video to find out the process I recommend to help you decide what to outsource to a VA.
So, here’s the process in a nutshell:
#1 Identify the tasks you could outsource that you know really well, but they take up too much of your time
#2 Identify the tasks that you could outsource that you don’t know very well.
#3 Prioritise each list and decide which to take action on first.
Check out my recommendation though – this might help you decide!
My Recommendation
After consulting several experienced entrepreneurs that have used VA’s, and VA’s themselves, it pays to outsource the tasks that you know well. You have a better chance of communicating, teaching, knowing what to expect and spending your money well, compared to if you’re not sure how to do the task yourself. It can cost a lot of time and money!
